[Remote] Marketing Manager, Engagement & Retention (Lifecycle Marketing)

The Marketing Manager, Engagement & Retention will implement and optimize marketing campaigns aimed at driving operator engagement and business growth, while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance the operator journey. Responsibilities β€’ Develop and optimize email marketing strategies, overseeing calendar, segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing β€’ Collaborate with product marketing, content, and design teams to create nurture campaigns β€’ Partner with product marketing and demand generation to optimize targeting and messaging β€’ Own end-to-end lifecycle campaign programs from conception through execution β€’ Map the complete operator journey and identify drop-offs, gaps, and improvement areas β€’ Execute comprehensive quarterly A/B testing plans to improve the customer journey β€’ Optimize onboarding flows, automations, and cross-channel touchpoints β€’ Analyze campaign performance and suggest strategic adjustments to maximize impact β€’ Own social media strategy and execution as part of broader go-to-market initiatives β€’ Develop social media campaigns supporting lifecycle marketing objectives β€’ Identify growth opportunities based on market trends and operator behavior β€’ Lead planning and execution of key marketing initiatives across multiple teams β€’ Work with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Operations for integrated campaign execution β€’ Analyze data to maximize email performance for acquisition, conversion, & growth β€’ Proof and QA campaigns to ensure error-free execution and ideal user experience β€’ Ensure compliance with marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CCPA) β€’ Stay updated on B2B SaaS marketing trends and best practices β€’ Identify opportunities to optimize operator experience and drive business growth Skills β€’ 3-5 years email marketing or lifecycle marketing experience with proven track record in B2B SaaS β€’ Strong background in email marketing: campaign strategy, segmentation, A/B testing, optimization β€’ Multi-channel marketing experience including email, social media, and on-site optimization β€’ Proven ability owning campaign programs from conception through execution β€’ HubSpot expertise strongly preferred - marketing automation, workflows, and reporting β€’ Experience with Iterable, Marketo, Figma, Asana, bolthires Workspace, analytics platforms β€’ Understanding of lifecycle metrics: engagement rates, retention, churn, expansion β€’ Knowledge of regulatory requirements (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CCPA) β€’ Excellent data analysis skills and ability to interpret metrics and adjust strategies β€’ Strong project management skills managing complex campaigns across teams β€’ Creative and strategic thinker with ability to innovate for small business audiences β€’ Outstanding communication and collaboration skills β€’ Extremely detail-oriented with understanding of campaign component impact β€’ Experimental and growth mindset with data-driven approach β€’ Copywriting skills β€’ HTML/CSS knowledge β€’ High-growth SaaS startup experience β€’ B2B marketing or go-to-market strategy background serving small business customers β€’ Account-based marketing (ABM) experience and strategy development β€’ Social media marketing and go-to-market campaign development experience β€’ Experience with AI frameworks and tools for lifecycle marketing optimization, including predictive analytics, machine learning-driven segmentation, & automated personalization β€’ Familiarity with vertical SaaS business models and customer success strategies β€’ Passion for Cents' mission and commitment to empowering small business owners Benefits β€’ Competitive salary β€’ Equity β€’ Unlimited PTO and paid holidays β€’ Remote-first with offices in New York City and San Francisco β€’ Health benefits, including medical, dental, vision, mental health support, parental leave, life and AD&D insurance, and disability β€’ 401(k) β€’ Work-from-home and commuter benefits β€’ Laundry allowance to support our customers’ businesses β€’ Comprehensive training, learning, and development programming β€’ Access to hundreds of discounts and rewards from renowned vendors, including deals on health & wellness, travel, dining, auto insurance, and so much more!Company Overview β€’ Cents provides an all-in-one management system for laundromats and dry cleaners.
