They are seeking a technically sharp, analytically driven marketer to join their CRM team to optimize lifecycle and trigger programs, utilizing AI tools and collaborating across various departments.ResponsibilitiesOwn and optimize Grove's lifecycle and trigger ecosystem β including complex Braze canvases, targeting and exclusion logic, Liquid personalization, and technical integrations with Shopify and RechargeDesign, execute, and operationalize A/B and multivariate tests across channels, maintaining an ongoing testing pipeline that compounds learnings over timeBuild, QA, and deploy campaigns and canvases directly in Braze across email, push, SMS, and in-app channelsAnalyze campaign and trigger performance on a weekly and monthly basis, translating data into actionable insightsBring a strategic lens to lifecycle program decisions β contributing a point of view on what to prioritize, what to test next, and where the biggest opportunities areCollaborate cross-functionally β including playing a key role in integrating CRM with new personalization and loyalty infrastructureSkills5+ years in CRM or lifecycle marketing, ideally at a multi-category DTC retailerA genuine AI-native mindset β actively using AI tools to accelerate execution, enhance personalization, dig into data, and push the boundaries of what a lean team can accomplishDeep, hands-on experience with Braze β including canvases, campaigns, content blocks, Liquid logic, segmentation, and custom events; experience with an equivalent enterprise ESP considered for exceptional candidatesComfort with technical complexity: custom event payloads, Shopify catalog integrations, subscription platform data (Recharge a plus), recommendation algorithms (Constructor.io a plus), and knowing when and how to request new data or events from EngineeringProven A/B testing chops β not just running tests, but designing them well, measuring them correctly, and building on what you learnStrong analytical instincts and a habit of tying work back to business outcomes, not just execution metricsSolid HTML/CSS proficiency, including the ability to build and modify email templates, troubleshoot rendering issues, and work confidently with dynamic contentEnough creative range to craft compelling messaging and contribute meaningfully to briefs β you don't need to be a copywriter, but you know what good looks like and can get there yourself when neededAbility to operate with autonomy and bring strategic perspective β we're looking for a thought partner, not just a builderBenefitsCompetitive benefits - medical, vision, dentalEquity - shared success is core to our missionFlexible Paid Time Off - we care most about resultsFree VIP membership and 50% employee discountAnnual incentive target and equityCompany OverviewGrove creates and curates high-performing, planet-first home, and personal care products.
