[Remote] Marketing Manager, Campaigns & Growth

Carestream Dental is seeking a Marketing Manager, Campaigns & Growth who will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand generation across the U.S. & Canada. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns and manage a team of marketing associates to ensure effective execution and continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Marketing Director to develop integrated, multi-channel campaign plans aligned with business prioritiesTranslate product marketing strategy and messaging into campaign execution plansDefine campaign objectives, target audiences, and success metricsSupport and drive end-to-end campaign execution, coordinating across: Digital (paid media, web, social); Marketing automation (email, nurture); Events (in partnership with Sr. Event Manager)Ensure consistent messaging and seamless customer journey across all touchpointsManage campaign timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional alignmentMonitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve: Targeting and segmentation, Lead quality and engagement, Overall campaign effectivenessPartner with Marketing Director to continuously refine and improve demand generation programsTrack and analyze campaign performance across key KPIs: MQL volume and quality, Conversion rates (MQL → SQL), Engagement metricsIdentify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness through testing and optimizationSupport development of reporting and performance insights for leadership reviewAct as the central point of coordination across: Regional Product Marketing (RPM), Marketing Automation, Social/Digital, EventsLead and develop a team of marketing associates, providing direction, coaching, and performance management to ensure high-quality campaign executionEnsure strong alignment between product messaging and campaign executionPartner closely with the Marketing Director to align team priorities with broader business and demand generation goalsSupport development of more structured campaign planning and execution processesHelp improve lead management workflows and campaign trackingContribute to building a more scalable and consistent demand generation approachLeverage CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools to enhance efficiency and scalabilityOther duties and special projects may be assigned based on business needsSkills5–8 years in B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign managementExperience supporting multi-channel campaign executionStrong project management and cross-functional coordination skillsExperience leading or managing a small team, with demonstrated ability to coach and develop talentStrong organizational and execution capabilitiesAnalytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performanceEffective collaboration across teams and stakeholdersExperience with marketing tools (Salesforce, Marketo, etc.)Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field requiredExperience in healthcare, dental, or medical device industry preferred but not requiredMBA or advanced degree preferredCompany OverviewCarestream Dental provides imaging, CAD/CAM, software and practice management solutions for dental and oral health professionals.
