The Marketing Manager will drive marketing initiatives that enhance growth and strengthen market positioning, while collaborating with sales and partners to communicate value and generate demand.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and refine Hyke’s messaging, positioning, and narrative across key audiences (employers, brokers, carriers, HCM/Ben Admin partners)Translate product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositionsPartner with Product and Leadership to bring new features and innovations to marketBuild core assets: pitch decks, one-pagers, product narratives, competitive positioningPlan and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive pipeline and brand awarenessOwn campaign strategy across email, LinkedIn, content, and partner channelsDevelop targeted campaigns for key segments (mid-market employers, brokers, carriers)Track performance and optimize campaigns based on data and insightsCollaborate with strategic partners (carriers, brokers, HCM platforms) on co-marketing initiativesDevelop co-branded content, campaigns, and launch plansSupport partner enablement with messaging, collateral, and go-to-market alignmentHelp amplify partner announcements, integrations, and joint value storiesBuild and maintain sales enablement materials (decks, talk tracks, case studies, demos)Partner closely with sales and leadership to refine messaging based on market feedbackSupport field marketing initiatives including events, webinars, and partner activationsEnsure consistency and clarity across all customer-facing materialsOwn Hyke’s content strategy across blog, LinkedIn, email, and PR supportDevelop high-impact content including: Thought leadership articles, case studies, whitepapers and reports, product storytellingSupport executive visibility (LinkedIn content, speaking narratives, press opportunities)Skills4–7+ years of experience in B2B marketing (HR tech, benefits, SaaS, or related industries preferred)Strong product marketing and messaging experienceStrong experience in managing external resources to execute across the marketing mix and enablementExperience supporting demand generation and campaign executionAbility to translate complex ideas into simple, compelling narrativesExperience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and partnershipsStrong writing and content development skillsComfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentProficient in leveraging technology, software, and AI tools to work faster and smarter from automating repetitive tasks to accelerating content creation and extracting insights more efficientlyExperience in benefits, healthcare, HR tech, or fintechBackground in early-stage or scaling companiesStrong sense of ownership and ability to operate independentlyAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on executionPassion for building something category-definingCompany OverviewHyke is a leading benefits engagement and decision-support platform that helps employees navigate complex health, financial, and voluntary benefit choices with clarity and confidence.
