This role involves leading the planning and execution of high-profile marketing initiatives and ensuring alignment across various stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesLead planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and always-on programs aligned to business priorities and customer insightsDevelop integrated marketing briefs connecting strategy, audience, creative, channels, and measurementPartner cross-functionally with Brand Studio, Product Marketing, Media, Regional Marketing, and external agencies to execute campaignsCreate marketing plans and tactical execution strategies including stakeholder management, timelines, approvals, and launch coordinationProvide strategic input during creative reviews to ensure work is impactful, customer-first, and on-brandMonitor and report on campaign performance and apply insights to optimize future programsReview product releases and determine how marketing tactics should evolve to support new features and launchesCommunicate program updates across regional and cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and execution momentumMentor junior team members and help scale marketing management best practicesSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience7 to 10 years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or marketing managementProven experience leading large-scale cross-functional marketing initiativesStrong understanding of brand, digital, social, media, and content marketing channelsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience partnering with creative teams, media teams, product marketing, and agenciesStrong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced matrixed environmentAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate campaign insights into actionCompany OverviewCypress HCM is a staffing and recruiting company providing technology and creative recruiting solutions.
