The role involves campaign planning, community building, managing creator relationships, and overseeing the affiliate program while collaborating closely with various teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.ResponsibilitiesPlan, build, and manage the marketing campaign calendar across seasonal moments, product launches, and promotional windowsCo-ordinate cross-channel execution so that email, social, paid, and creator activity all land together with a consistent messageBrief the creative team on campaign assets and manage timelines from concept through to launchTrack campaign performance and share learnings with the wider team to improve future planningDevelop and execute a community strategy that deepens our relationship with makers and turns customers into advocatesGrow and engage Sculpd's social communities (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Groups) with a focus on conversation, not just contentIdentify and nurture superfans, encourage user-generated content, and spotlight real makersExplore new community formats such as challenges, live events, or maker spotlights that drive engagement and loyaltyOwn the end-to-end product seeding pipeline, from identifying relevant creators to shipping kits, following up, and tracking outputBuild and maintain genuine, long-term relationships with creators across tiers (micro, mid, macro)Negotiate and manage gifted and paid creator partnerships in line with campaign objectivesMaintain a clear tracker of all seeding activity, content output, and ROI by creatorManage Sculpd's affiliate programme, including recruitment of new affiliates, onboarding, and ongoing relationship managementSet and optimise commission structures and incentives to drive profitable growthMonitor affiliate performance, identify top partners, and scale what worksEnsure brand consistency across affiliate content and flag any issues proactivelyIdentify, pitch, and manage brand partnership opportunities that align with Sculpd's audience and valuesPlan and deliver events (pop-ups, workshops, co-branded experiences) that drive awareness, acquisition, and press coverageManage event logistics, budgets, and post-event reportingBuild a pipeline of partnership prospects and maintain strong relationships with brand contactsSkills3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in a DTC, e-commerce, or consumer brand. Bonus if you have worked in the creative, lifestyle, or gifting spaceProven experience running campaigns across multiple channels and managing a marketing calendarFamiliarity with tools like Klaviyo, Shopify, Notion, SlackComfortable using AI tools where appropriate to create efficienciesA strong network or demonstrable experience managing creator relationshipsExcellent project management skills.
