The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive high-quality leads and support business objectives.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) in partnership with sales, product marketing, and revenue operations to support effective targeting and segmentation strategiesPlan and execute integrated, multi-channel lead generation and demand programs across email, paid media, social, content syndication, events, and outbound motionsSupport and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs for priority segments and named accounts, aligning messaging, channels, and offers to buying committeesPartner closely with sales to align marketing campaigns with outbound and account-based efforts, ensuring coordination on targeting, timing, and messagingOwn campaign strategy, planning, execution, and optimization from concept through launch, reporting, and iterationCreate and manage campaign content, including email copy, landing pages, ads, event promotions, social media posts, and related assets tailored to target audiencesProvide clear guidance on audience segmentation, creative direction, channel mix, and calls to action (CTAs) to maximize engagement, conversion, and lead qualityPartner with creative and design teams to ensure campaign visuals and messaging align with brand standards and strategic objectivesSupport competitive displacement and growth initiatives by translating competitive insights and value propositions into targeted campaigns and messagingPlan and execute webinars, virtual events, field events, and third-party conferences as part of integrated lead and pipeline generation strategiesCoordinate pre-event promotion, live or on-site execution support, and post-event follow-up campaigns in collaboration with sales and marketing operationsMonitor and analyze campaign performance across channels and funnel stages, using data to continuously optimize results and inform future strategyPartner with marketing operations to implement, test, and optimize marketing automation workflows, lead routing, and scoring processesStay current on industry trends, marketing best practices, and emerging channels to continuously improve campaign effectivenessPerform other duties as neededShare campaign results, insights, and learnings with cross-functional stakeholders to support ongoing planning and optimizationSkillsA bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field5+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, growth marketing, or demand generation rolesExperience supporting or executing ICP-based targeting and account-based marketing (ABM) programsStrong understanding of multi-channel campaign strategy and execution, including digital, outbound, and event-based marketingExcellent writing skills with experience crafting content across multiple marketing channelsAbility to translate buyer needs, competitive insights, and performance data into compelling, results-driven campaignsStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneouslyData-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and applying insights to optimizationExperience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing operations, product marketing, and creative teamsBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insuranceEmployer paid life & long-term disability insuranceAdditional voluntary benefits include short-term disabilityVoluntary employee, spousal and child life insuranceAccident, critical illness, hospital, or confinement insuranceFlexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings account (HSA) contributions15 days of accrued PTO annually8 paid holidays3 floating holidays401kCompany OverviewArray Behavioral Care telepsychiatry service provider with a mission to transform access to quality and timely behavioral health care.
