They are seeking a Marketing Director to lead multi-channel marketing strategies aimed at driving patient acquisition and brand awareness, while managing internal and external communications to enhance the Kolmac brand.ResponsibilitiesOwn performance marketing strategy and budget, optimizing campaigns against cost-per-acquisition, ROAS, and patient-volume targetsPlan, launch, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) and paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms, continuously testing keywords, creative, and landing pagesDevelop and oversee geofencing and geotargeted advertising programs to reach prospective patients and referral sources around key locationsDirect out-of-home (OOH) advertising β billboards, transit, and place-based media β including vendor selection, placement strategy, and performance trackingLead the organic and paid social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, including content calendars, community management, and engagement reportingOversee development of marketing collateral β brochures, program one-pagers, signage, and digital assets β ensuring brand consistency across all programs and locationsOwn the company website strategy, content, and conversion optimization, partnering with developers and SEO resources to drive organic traffic and lead generationLead internal and external communications, including company announcements, public relations, email marketing, and messaging that supports the Kolmac brand and reputationBuild and maintain marketing analytics, dashboards, and attribution models (including call tracking and vanity numbers) to measure ROI and inform budget allocationManage external agencies, media vendors, and creative partners, holding them accountable to deliverables, timelines, and budgetsDevelop and manage the annual marketing budget, allocating spend across channels to maximize patient acquisition and brand impactPartner with growth, clinical, and operations leaders to align marketing initiatives with referral development, new program launches, and location expansionSkills5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including hands-on performance marketing, PPC/paid search, and social mediaProven track record managing multi-channel campaigns and marketing budgets with measurable resultsStrong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics, attribution, and reporting toolsKnowledge of outpatient substance abuse treatmentBachelor's DegreeExperience with outreach and business development in the substance abuse and mental health spaceExperience with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office suiteFamiliar with managed careBenefitsGas can be reimbursed within company guidelines.Company OverviewKolmac Integrated Behavioral Health provides outpatient detox, rehabilitation, and treatment for adults with alcohol, drug, and co-occurring disorders.
