[Remote] Marketing Director

Yondr Group is a global developer and service provider of hyperscale data centers, and they are seeking a Marketing Director to define and drive their global marketing strategy. This role involves building the Yondr brand, generating demand, and positioning the company as a partner of choice for hyperscale clients worldwide.ResponsibilitiesOwn and evolve the Yondr brand identity, ensuring consistency across all markets and touchpoints globallyDevelop and execute an integrated communications strategy covering PR, thought leadership, digital, events, and internal commsManage external agency relationships including PR, creative, and digital partnersOversee the production of all collateral, presentations, and marketing assetsDesign and execute demand generation programs that support the commercial pipeline across target geographiesPartner with the commercial team to develop account-based marketing (ABM) strategies targeting hyperscale and cloud clientsProduce compelling sales enablement materials, capability statements, and client-facing contentTrack and report on marketing’s contribution to pipeline, client acquisition, and revenueLead the digital marketing strategy including website, SEO/SEM, social media (particularly LinkedIn), and email campaignsDrive a content strategy that positions Yondr as an authoritative voice on hyperscale infrastructure, sustainability, and AI-driven capacityManage the editorial calendar, ensuring timely and relevant output across all channelsOversee Yondr’s presence at key industry events globally (e.g., DCD, PTC, DatacenterDynamics)Develop and manage Yondr-hosted events, roundtables, and client engagement programsSupport leadership in public-facing engagements, speaking opportunities, and media appearancesBuild, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team appropriate to Yondr’s scaleManage the global marketing budget, ensuring investment is allocated efficiently and ROI is measuredFoster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement within the teamSkills10+ years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 3–5 years in a senior leadership roleProven track record in B2B marketing, ideally within data centers, digital infrastructure, technology, or real estateStrong understanding of the hyperscale/cloud ecosystem and the commercial dynamics of large-scale infrastructure developmentDemonstrated ability to build and execute global, integrated marketing strategiesExcellent communicator with experience advising C-suite stakeholders and managing high-profile external relationshipsData-driven mindset with experience using marketing analytics to inform strategy and demonstrate ROIExperience managing agencies, budgets, and cross-functional teams across multiple geographiesExperience within a high-growth, private equity or infrastructure-backed businessFamiliarity with the regulatory and planning landscape for large-scale data center developmentExperience marketing sustainability credentials and ESG commitments to institutional clientsDegree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline; MBA advantageousCompany OverviewYondr Group is a developer, owner operator and service provider of data centers.
