[Remote] Marketing & Digital Asset Coordinator

They are seeking a Marketing & Digital Asset Coordinator to manage and optimize the firm’s digital assets while supporting marketing campaigns and collateral production.ResponsibilitiesOversee the uploading, tagging, categorization, and organization of all digital assets (project images, project profiles, photo shoot imagery, etc.) in the firm’s DAM systemQuality Control & Format Compliance: Review assets to confirm they meet visual, technical, and brand standardsCreate and maintain metadata standards, controlled vocabularies, taxonomy, naming conventions, and folder structures to provide consistency, findability, and scalabilityAudit and clean existing assets: remove duplicates, correct metadata errors/missing tags, apply consistent standardsDevelop workflows and documentation/guidelines for asset submission, review, approval, and archivingTrack metrics around asset usage, search behavior, retrieval times, unused assets, etc., and suggest improvementsWork across regional offices to provide support by uploading projects to the websiteCreate and update project sheets, resumes, brochures, and one-pagersEnsure branding consistency: maintain style guides, templates, logos; make sure all marketing/proposal materials adhere to our brand standardsSkillsBachelor's degree in marketing, data management, communications, or a related field1-2 years of experience, ideally in A/E/C marketingStrong attention to detailProficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office SuiteProficiency in copy editing and proofreadingExperience with CRM (Deltek Vantagepoint preferred) and digital asset management programsFamiliar with project management programsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsExcellent project management and organization skillsAble to work well under deadline pressure and balance multiple priorities successfullyBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and company holidaysWellness programs and employee assistance resourcesProfessional development supportCompany OverviewSalas O'Brien is a national leading Facilities Planning, Commissioning, Construction Management and Mechanical, Electrical.
