[Remote] Marketing Data Analyst

Kforce Inc is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to support content performance tracking and insights development for social content initiatives. This role involves reporting to the Audience Development Manager and contributing to channel strategy insights and performance reporting.ResponsibilitiesOwn focused reporting across major release roadmap momentsRegularly construct and maintain advanced Boolean topic queriesDesign, build and maintain social data dashboardsEnsure program KPIs are integrated in reporting outputs and performance goals are socialized across franchise groupsPartner with analyst team to ensure overall deliverable quality and reporting is rooted in tangible, quantitative insightsEstablish and maintain knowledge of current franchise communitiesEstablish and maintain knowledge of content cycles (patches, expansions, major beats)Skills3+ years of data analysis experience in media planning, social media management and/or digital marketing analytics/researchDemonstrated experience in Project ManagementDeep understanding of current social/video platform landscape and content archetypesDemonstrated experience in the use of tools like Sprinklr, native social analytics platforms, and other UGC data-focused platforms (Ex. Stream Hatchet, Tubular)Experience building interactive dashboards with at least one visualization tool (Ex: Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)Experience driving social listening programs, developing involved topic queries and comprehensive analysis (Ex: landscape, competitor, campaign)Strong analytical, written and verbal presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and craft informed recommendationsProficient in Microsoft/Google productivity suites (Ex.
