[Remote] Marketing & Creative Content Lead

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Activist Collective is a small, founder-led business seeking a remote creative marketing professional to help develop and execute content, campaigns, and partnerships. The role involves shaping the brand's communication, managing social media and email marketing, and collaborating on social good campaigns.

Responsibilities
• Developing concepts and creative briefs for social, email and other marketing channels
• Turning founder ideas and content into finished edited videos and social media posts
• Editing short-form video content for social media
• Writing headlines, captions and body copy for social media and email campaigns
• Helping maintain a consistent brand voice across channels
• Managing influencer and affiliate partnerships that align with the brand's values
• Planning social good campaigns such as fundraisers for non-profit organizations
• Reporting on marketing campaigns and channels

Skills
• Developing concepts and creative briefs for social, email and other marketing channels

• Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut or similar
• Strong writing and copyediting skills
• Experience using AI tools to support content creation, research, editing, and ideation
• Comfortable learning new tools to assist with social media scheduling, email marketing, and creator partnerships
• Ability to organize ideas, manage multiple projects, and work independently
• An interest in sustainability, science-based wellness, ethical business, independent brands, or social impact
