[Remote] Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement while gaining exposure across various digital marketing channels.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, web, events, and other channelsBuild, test, and deploy email campaigns, working within established templates and brand standardsSegment email audiences using CRM queries, customer lists, and AI-assisted segmentation tools to ensure the right message reaches the right audienceBuild and schedule social media posts across channels using a social media management tool; design accompanying graphics within established templatesMaintain website content, as neededManage campaign timelines, project plans, and deliverables to ensure on-time executionTrack, compile, and report on email and social campaign performance on a regular cadence, surfacing key metrics and trendsTranslate performance data into actionable insights, identifying what's working and where there are opportunities to improvePitch future campaign ideas grounded in prior performance results, company initiatives, and sales goalsSupport the creation and maintenance of marketing collateral, presentations, case studies, and promotional materialsManage marketing assets and ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing materialsCollaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing activities with business objectivesCoordinate relationships with external vendors and freelancers as neededAssist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and project documentationOther duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience2â4 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or a related roleDemonstrated interest or experience in email marketing, social media management, and campaign reportingFoundational knowledge of marketing principles, campaign execution, digital marketing channels, and brand managementComfort working with data: pulling reports, interpreting metrics, and communicating findings clearlyStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage recurring workflows and multiple concurrent tasksWritten communication skills for copywriting and editing tasks; not required to be a specialist, but should be willing to writeProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and content management platformsCuriosity and a growth mindsetâskills don't need to be fully formed, but a willingness to learn quickly is essentialGenuine enthusiasm for Infobase's mission to support learners, educators, and researchers with tools to develop literacy skillsExperience working with marketing automation, CRM, and content management systems preferredPassion for Infobase's mission and the educational information spaceBenefitsHealthDentalVision401KA generous paid time off planCompany OverviewInfobase, backed by over 80 years of expertise, is a leading information literacy solutions provider that empowers learners, educators, and organizations with trusted content and toolsâbuilding information literacy, supporting lifelong success, and helping individuals confidently navigate information and make informed decisions.
