They are seeking a Marketing Content & Event Specialist to support brand growth and drive lead generation through compelling content and strategic event execution.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a strategic content calendar aligned with KR Wolfe’s growth prioritiesCreate high-impact content including:Case studies highlighting project success and client outcomesIndustry-specific thought leadership (healthcare, veterinary, pharmacy, and OEM partnerships)Social media content for brand and executive visibilityWebsite copy, email campaigns, and sales enablement materialsTranslate technical services (installation, integration, field service, construction, and healthcare renovation) into clear, compelling marketing narrativesPartner with operations and project teams to capture real-world insights, project highlights, and success storiesSupport internal communications that reinforce KR Wolfe’s culture, growth, and strategic directionEnsure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and positioning across all contentPlan and execute KR Wolfe’s presence at trade shows, conferences, and industry events (e.g., healthcare, planning, design, and construction, veterinary, pharmacy, and OEM partner events)Manage all logistics including booth strategy, vendor coordination, travel, materials, and on-site executionDevelop event messaging and supporting collateral aligned with target audiences and business goalsPartner with sales and leadership to ensure strong pre-event planning and post-event follow-upCoordinate campaigns to drive attendance, engagement, and lead generation before and after eventsTrack and report on event performance, including lead quality, pipeline impact, and ROIManage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationshipsCollaborate closely with business development and sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goalsDevelop tools and materials that support lead generation and sales conversationsHelp position KR Wolfe’s divisions (Integration, Installation, Field Service, Construction, and Healthcare Renovation) clearly within the marketIdentify opportunities for co-marketing with strategic partners such as OEMs and industry organizationsSupport ongoing website updates and optimization effortsAssist in executing email marketing and social campaignsSchedule social media content across KR Wolfe’s social media platforms, monthlyMonitor and report on content and campaign performance, using insights to improve effectivenessContribute to broader marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness and market positioningSkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, content creation, and/or event managementStrong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex or technical topicsExperience coordinating trade shows or industry events end-to-endExcellent project management and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentExperience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teamsProficiency with marketing tools (CRM, email platforms, CMS, social media)Experience in healthcare, veterinary, construction, or technical services industriesFamiliarity with OEM partnerships or field service-based business modelsExperience supporting multi-division or national service organizationsBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision401(k) with company matchPaid time off (PTO)Paid holidaysOpportunity for growth in a fast-paced and expanding organizationCompany OverviewKR Wolfe is a nationwide Construction Services company, specializing in Hospitals.
