[Remote] Marketing Client Success Specialist

The Marketing Client Success Specialist will own the full onboarding lifecycle for new clients, manage multiple concurrent onboardings, and drive project management across teams to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full onboarding lifecycle for new clients from signed contract through launch — kickoffs, timelines, documentation, and deliveryManage 10+ concurrent onboardings independently with minimal day-to-day oversightRun kickoff meetings, build onboarding project plans, and drive internal teams through onboarding milestones on deadlineOwn technical onboarding setup: ad platform access provisioning, Leadsie coordination, DNS/CNAME configuration, landing page and tracking setup, and third-party tool accessMaintain onboarding documentation, checklists, and SOPs — and improve them continuouslyDeliver a high-touch, professional onboarding experience that sets the tone for the client relationshipConduct onboarding satisfaction checks at handoff and use feedback to refine the processServe as first-responder for client work requests, coordination needs, and reactive issues across high-touch and multi-department accountsOwn ticket creation, triage, and status tracking — proactively communicate updates before clients have to askCoordinate cross-department handoffs and escalation management, using judgment on what to resolve directly vs. escalate to a Growth ManagerMonitor client-facing deliverables, deadlines, and action items to ensure nothing gets droppedDrive task accountability, deadline enforcement, and project follow-through across the Growth teamMaintain and optimize project management systems in ClickUp and Google SuiteLead operational cadences — standups, scorecards, pacing reviews — to keep the team alignedCreate and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and internal operational resourcesSupport reporting, tracking, and operational metrics that give leadership visibility into team performanceIdentify operational inefficiencies and build scalable solutions — this role exists because the current process needs an ownerBaseline onboarding-to-launch timelines and drive measurable improvement quarter over quarterImprove onboarding workflows, client communication processes, and internal coordination systemsLead implementation and adoption of new tools and processes across the teamSkills3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or project/program management — ideally at a marketing or growth agencyProven experience owning client onboarding or implementation projects end-to-end, not just supporting themComfortable with technical setup: ad platform access, DNS/CNAME configuration, third-party tool provisioning. You don't need to be an engineer, but you can't be afraid of a DNS recordExperience managing 5-10+ concurrent projects with competing deadlinesStrong command of project management tools — ClickUp preferred, or Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similarProficiency using AI tools for workflow optimization and professional outputExceptional written and verbal communication — you'll be the first voice clients hear after signingSelf-directed and reliable in a fully remote environment.
