They are seeking a Marketing Campaigns & Funnels Lead to design, orchestrate, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns and long-term funnels, ensuring measurable, ROI-driven growth assets through multi-channel initiatives.ResponsibilitiesDesign, orchestrate, and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns and multi-touch funnels that drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and customer engagement across multiple channelsBuild scalable customer journeys and nurturing programs tailored to different audience segments and stages of the buyer journey, ensuring a seamless experience from first touch to conversionCollaborate closely with Brand Marketing, Regional Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to align messaging, campaign execution, lead management, performance measurement, and budget trackingOwn and scale marketing automation initiatives through Salesforce, Pardot, Engagement Studio, and Marketing Cloud, creating repeatable processes that support global growthDrive continuous performance improvement through A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, funnel analysis, and AI-powered experimentation to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROIDevelop reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide clear visibility into campaign performance, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and overall marketing impactLead, mentor, and support a high-performing team across marketing automation, digital marketing, and web experience functions, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learningManage marketing automation and campaign budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and measurable business outcomesSkills6+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, marketing automation, and funnel design within the technology, SaaS, or partner-driven environmentsStrong expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, including Pardot, Engagement Studio, and Marketing Cloud, with the ability to build and optimize complex customer journeysProven experience managing multi-channel campaigns and aligning paid acquisition activities with lead nurturing and conversion strategiesA data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), performance analysis, and marketing attributionConfidence in translating marketing performance data into actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience managing marketing budgets, forecasting investments, and demonstrating measurable business impact through ROI and customer acquisition metricsFamiliarity with AI-powered marketing tools and a passion for leveraging technology to improve efficiency, creativity, and campaign performanceStrong leadership skills with experience mentoring teams while remaining hands-on when needed to drive execution and resultsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English and experience working in international, cross-functional environmentsExperience in SaaS, scale-up, or high-growth technology environments, with familiarity with ARR, CAC, LTV, and ROASExperience managing campaigns across multiple regions, particularly EMEA and North AmericaExperience building omnichannel customer journeys across digital and offline channelsFamiliarity with ABM and intent platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, RollWorks, or similar toolsInterest in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance marketing performanceBenefitsGenerous Time Off – Take the breaks you need to relax, recharge, and come back inspired.Top-Tier Tech – Love Mac?
