[Remote] Marketing Automation Specialist

They are seeking a motivated Marketing Automation Specialist to manage end-to-end email campaign delivery, support audience segmentation, and optimize email journeys and landing pages.ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end review, build and deployment of global emails with accuracyBuild and manage customer journeys and automated lifecycle campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (SFMC)Manage global email calendar while maintaining best practicesExecute QA and end-to-end testing for all campaigns. Ensure communications are vetted, approved, and testedCollaborate with internal stakeholderoptimize campaign performance through testing and segmentationManage lists from multiple databases for email and automation campaigns (via Data extentions)Assist in development & editing of cloud pages with formsMaintain current processes for email best practices and new marketing automation tools when introducedShare insights and ideas with the team to help with process and performance improvementEnsure compliance with CAN-SPAM and GDPRTroubleshoot email automation and/or build errorsMiscellaneous duties as assignedSkillsPrevious SFMC experience (2+ years)Strong knowledge of online/email marketing execution focused on established processes and proceduresUnderstanding of CAN-SPAM and GDPR requiredIntermediate proficiency in MS Office/O365, with a focus on ExcelHTML/CSS experienceSQL knowledge or exposure desirableMonday.com experience (Project management software) desirableExperience working with AI tools or a demonstrated willingness to learnMinimum of 3 years hands-on experience managing and deploying emails, creating, running, and maintaining multiple email automation campaigns, utilizing an email service provider or marketing automation platformBachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred.
