The Marketing Automation Specialist will operationalize marketing strategies across systems and campaigns, ensuring effective execution and measurement while leveraging AI-driven workflows.ResponsibilitiesOwn execution of campaigns in Account Engagement (Pardot), including email, nurtures, segmentation, and workflowsBuild and QA assets (emails, landing pages, forms) and ensure accurate trackingSupport campaign launches across 6sense, paid media, and web channelsDocument and standardize campaign workflows for repeatabilityOwn and evolve lead scoring models within Account Engagement + SalesforceIncorporate engagement data, webinar/event activity, and 6sense intent signals into scoringSupport evolution of MQL definitions beyond form fillsMonitor and improve lead routing, lifecycle stages, and conversion ratesSupport development and maintenance of marketing reporting across:Salesforce (pipeline + campaign attribution)GA4 (web analytics + behavior tracking)Zuar / Portal or Looker Studio (BI dashboards)Ensure accurate data flow across platforms (CRM, automation, ad platforms)Identify and resolve gaps in attribution and reportingHelp operationalize AI-driven workflows using:Greenlight (enterprise AI tool)AI tools such as ChatGPT / ClaudeSupport integration of 6sense data and signals into AI workflowsDocument and scale repeatable processes for campaign execution and analysisAssist in redesigning key marketing workflows with AI at the centerMaintain and improve data quality across:SalesforceAccount EngagementSharePoint (source of truth for AI inputs)Support organization and documentation of:Messaging frameworksPersona documentsContent librariesEnsure systems are structured to support AI tools and automationThis role will work closely with:Digital Marketing (campaign strategy + execution alignment)Product Marketing (messaging + content inputs)RevOps / Sales Ops (lead lifecycle + reporting)IT / Salesforce Admins (system integration + data flow)External partners (paid media, AEO)Skills3–6 years in marketing operations, demand generation, or marketing automationHands-on experience with Salesforce CRMHands-on experience with Account Engagement (Pardot)Experience supporting or executing digital campaigns across platforms (e.g., 6sense, LinkedIn, Google Ads)Strong understanding of lead lifecycle, scoring, and funnel metricsExperience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4)Experience with BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Zuar, etc.)Ability to manage and connect data across multiple systemsProcess-oriented with a focus on scalability and efficiencyFamiliarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and interest in applying them to marketing workflowsAbility to support AI-enabled processes, including data inputs (SharePoint, CRM), workflow automation, reporting and analysisCandidates must have the legal right to work in the country where the role is based at the time of application.
