[Remote] Marketing Automation Manager

They are seeking a Marketing Automation Manager who will develop and manage email and SMS programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to engage B2B and B2C audiences. This role requires strong communication skills and expertise in audience segmentation, performance tracking, and marketing automation platforms.ResponsibilitiesBuild and operationalize multi-touch customer journeys in Journey Builder based on lifecycle strategy and business requirementsImplement dynamic, personalized content and audience-based variations across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including but not limited to Email Studio, Journey Builder, Audience Builder, Content Builder, Mobile Studio, and Web StudioMaintain an organized information architecture across your projects, campaigns, naming conventions, etc. to ensure proper performance trackingPossess HTML/CSS skills and can autonomously define and develop email templates and automations that are customizable and scalableWrite SQL queries to build data extensions in SFMC and AMP Script logic to implement business requirementsDevelop a rigorous testing strategy for email marketing campaigns, including subject lines, dynamic content, layout and targetingPossess the ability to create complex segmentation (inclusion, exclusion, targeting, hygiene), define automation rules, evaluate gaps, and suggest operational efficienciesAct as the subject matter expert on email and marketing automation, and work cross-functionally with stakeholders to proactively suggest process and system improvements to drive more value from our solutionsAnticipate and trouble-shoot issues in relation to the systems you own, work collaboratively to implement, and document solutionsThorough understanding of how to use UTMs for tracking marketing performanceAbility to assist our Marketing Analyst to report on the effectiveness of lead scoring, engagement studios, email testing and performanceExhibit professionalism and accountability in all aspects of the roleMake good decisions based on available data and situational awarenessSkillsBachelor's degree & 8 years' directly related experience;
