[Remote] Marketing Automation Campaign Manager

The Marketing Automation Campaign Manager will serve as the lead program manager and platform subject matter expert, responsible for driving the effective use of marketing automation platforms and ensuring successful campaign execution across client stakeholders and Bridge Partners.ResponsibilitiesBecome the platform SME for Structured, completing onboarding with the platform team to understand capabilities, templates, workflows, and roadmapDefine and implement a governance model for how client TPM and Bridge Partners teams use the platform, including roles, responsibilities, and quality standardsTrain and enable stakeholders across the client and Bridge Partners to effectively execute campaigns within Structured, including ongoing support and knowledge sharingExecute marketing campaigns within automation platforms, including building landing pages, eBooks, emails, and other assets using Structured templates and similar systemsProvide guidance on campaign build best practices, ensuring consistent, scalable, and high-quality outputs across teamsPartner with Structured to stay current on platform enhancements and roadmap updates, then translate those updates into actionable guidance for stakeholdersMaintain proper asset management practices and troubleshoot technical issues within the platform as they ariseManage incoming campaigns, coordinate timelines, and set expectations with stakeholders across multiple teamsApply sound design and marketing judgment to ensure campaigns align with B2B marketing best practicesIdentify issues in templates, workflows, or assets and proactively drive resolution rather than executing blindlyPerform high-level data pulls and reporting to provide visibility into platform usage, partner engagement, and campaign activitySkillsStrong experience with marketing automation and drag-and-drop tools such as Structured, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or MarketoAbility to quickly become a platform expert and translate technical capabilities into practical guidance for business usersExperience defining or operating within governance models for marketing platforms or campaign executionStrong project and program management skills to balance multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlinesProven ability to train, enable, and influence cross-functional teamsGeneral design and marketing awareness, including understanding of CTA hierarchy, whitespace, type, and logo treatmentSolid understanding of B2B marketing fundamentals and partner marketing dynamicsStrong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify root causes and improve processesAbility to learn new platforms quickly and adapt to evolving marketing technologiesBenefitsMedicalDentalVisionHealth Savings AccountCommuter PlanPaid Basic Life/AD&D coverageVoluntary Life/AD&D coverage401k MatchingEmployee Discount ProgramsEmployee Assistance ProgramTraining and DevelopmentBridge Partners Charitable Donation Matching ProgramPaid Time Off (PTO) and HolidaysCompany OverviewBridge Partners is a people-focused, customer-driven consulting firm that helps organizations transform to drive revenue growth, adapt to change, and create customer value.
