The Marketing Associate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and implementing marketing campaigns, managing client projects, and developing strategies for multiple client campaigns.ResponsibilitiesResearches and creates marketing strategies and implementation plans/timelines for multiple client campaigns and defines tasks needed to implement those strategiesCoordinates client meetings and collaborates with copywriters, graphic designers, digital vendors, and others to create integrated marketing contentConceptualizes, creates, and manages content calendar and scheduling deadlinesSupports budget tracking and reportingDevelops project contracts, manages their review, approval, and client submissionMaintains an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, vendors, and client base to implement effective marketing/awareness campaignsCommunicates effectively with excellent writing skills across multiple writing styles, including emails, proposals, statements of work, document editing, and briefsDevelops and maintains strong working relationships with teammates, clients, and external vendorsDisplays strong decision-making for on-site event activations to support broader campaign strategyDesigns and implements ongoing social media campaigns for multiple clients, including organic posting and monitoringPerforms other duties as assignedSkillsRecent, strong college internships or two or more years of work experience in an agency or related professional environmentBachelor's degree requiredBackground in a full suite of marketing tactics to include digital, advertising creation, placement, and creative developmentMust be self-motivated, detail-oriented, friendly, dependable, and proactiveMust be able to multitask, have strong attention to detail, be highly organized, and be able to consistently manage multiple projectsMust have experience working with shared project management software, Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Workfront, and Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)Must have working knowledge of AI products (Co-Pilot, Creator, ChatGPT, etc.)Experience using social media content management programs (Sprout Social, HootSuite, etc.)Experience creating presentation decks using Canva and/or PowerPoint requiredMust be able to collaborate with team members, creative professionals, and clientsDemonstrated ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelinesStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to travel required, up to 15-20%BenefitsComprehensive healthcarePaid holidaysGenerous paid time offCompany OverviewMoore is a constituent experience company that integrates the donor experience across all platforms, channels, and devices.
