[Remote] Marketing and Proposal Coordinator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. iParametrics, LLC is seeking a Proposal/Marketing Coordinator to support their business development and marketing efforts across various markets. The role involves coordinating proposals, maintaining proposal content, and producing high-quality marketing materials while managing multiple deadlines effectively.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage assigned proposal pursuits from solicitation release through submissionReview RFPs, RFQs, and other solicitation documents to identify requirements, deadlines, and submission instructionsDevelop compliance matrices, proposal schedules, outlines, and checklistsTrack assignments and follow up with contributors to ensure deadlines are metEdit, format, and assemble proposal documents using Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesignCreate and update proposal graphics, organizational charts, project sheets, resumes, and other visual materialsMaintain proposal and opportunity information within Monday.comPrepare final production-ready documents for submissionCoordinate proposal reviews and manage incorporation of reviewer commentsMaintain proposal content libraries, including resumes, project descriptions, project sheets, past performance information, and corporate qualificationsCoordinate updates to proposal content and marketing assetsEnsure proposal resources remain current, accurate, and readily available for future pursuitsMaintain company branding and formatting standards across proposal and marketing materialsAssist with the development and formatting of marketing collateral, project sheets, presentations, and capability statementsSupport website updates and social media content developmentHelp maintain consistent branding across marketing and business development materialsSkills1-3 years of experience in proposal coordination, marketing coordination, business development support, communications, content management, or a related roleIntermediate proficiency with Adobe InDesign and experience producing professional-quality documentsStrong writing, editing, and proofreading skillsExperience formatting complex documents and working within established brand standardsProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience using project tracking or collaboration tools such as Monday.comExperience maintaining proposal libraries, content repositories, or knowledge management systemsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExperience managing multiple concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently while coordinating with technical staff, project managers, and leadershipExperience supporting government proposals, particularly SLED and/or federal opportunitiesExperience supporting proposal development or business development effortsFamiliarity with Shipley processesFamiliarity with government procurement processes, SLED pursuits, or professional services proposalsExperience creating marketing collateral and social media contentExperience working with SharePoint or similar collaboration platformsCompany OverviewiParametrics is a recognized leader in emergency management, homeland security, program management, and cost engineering.
