[Remote] Marketing and Content Strategist

Talent Hackers is seeking a highly organized and strategic Marketing & Content Strategist to lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple brands. This role involves developing marketing calendars, coordinating campaigns, and crafting compelling copy to ensure successful launches and alignment with brand objectives.ResponsibilitiesDevelop quarterly marketing calendars for assigned brandsPlan promotional campaigns, product launches, seasonal initiatives, and key marketing momentsDefine campaign themes, offers, discounts, messaging, and content directionIdentify opportunities for new campaigns based on business goals and seasonal trendsWrite and edit marketing copy across multiple channels, including: Email campaigns, SMS campaigns, Paid social ads, Landing pages, Website copy, Blog posts, Promotional messagingEnsure all copy aligns with each brand's voice and marketing objectivesReview and refine content to improve clarity, conversion, and customer relevanceCoordinate campaign execution across multiple teams, including: Copy, Design, Paid Media, Web Development, UI/UXEnsure all assets are delivered on time and campaigns launch smoothlyTrack timelines, manage priorities, and communicate updates across stakeholdersBuild ongoing blog and content calendarsResearch topics and create content plans that support SEO and brand growthWrite or oversee the development of educational and promotional blog contentManage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneouslyPrioritize work based on deadlines and business impactIdentify blockers early and work with teams to keep projects movingMaintain organized documentation, campaign plans, and marketing calendarsSkills3+ years of experience in marketing, content strategy, or campaign managementStrong copywriting skills with experience writing for performance marketingExcellent organizational and project management abilitiesExperience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple deadlinesAbility to think strategically while executing day-to-day marketing tasksStrong (C-level) written and verbal English communication skillsAbility to work full-time ESTFamiliarity with ecommerce and DTC marketing is a plusExperience with project management tools such as ClickUp is preferredCompany OverviewScale your operations effectively with our network of skilled international remote talent.
