They are seeking a skilled Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to lead the firm's marketing efforts, develop strategic initiatives, and enhance the firm's visibility and client acquisition.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the firm's overall marketing and business development strategy to support growth objectivesManage and execute the firm's digital marketing efforts, including social media management, website updates, email marketing campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), and online advertising initiativesCreate, coordinate, and oversee the development of marketing content, including newsletters, client alerts, attorney biographies, practice area descriptions, articles, presentations, and other thought leadership materialsCoordinate graphic design and branding initiatives to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and platformsSupport firm leadership with conferences, webinars, speaking engagements, sponsorships, networking events, and other business development activities designed to increase the firm's visibility and generate new business opportunitiesCollaborate with attorneys to identify business development opportunities, support client outreach efforts, and strengthen referral relationshipsCRM data entry and tracking marketing and business development activities, leads, referral sources, and campaign performance within the firm’s CRMMonitor industry trends, competitor activity, and developments within the healthcare and legal sectors to identify growth opportunitiesTrack and analyze key marketing and business development metrics and provide recommendations to improve performance and return on investmentCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the firm's strategic growth initiativesSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field1-2 years of marketing and business development experience, preferably within a professional services firm or other relationship-driven industryDemonstrated experience developing and executing marketing campaigns and business development initiatives that generate measurable resultsStrong understanding of social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, CRM systems, website management, and digital marketing best practicesExperience coordinating events, conferences, webinars, and business development activitiesExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong organizational and project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and take ownership of both strategy and executionExperience in healthcare, legal, accounting, consulting, or other professional services industriesBenefitsFully remote work environment.Collegial, collaborative team culture.Opportunity to work on high-impact transactions in the growing healthcare sector.Company OverviewEskow Law Group is a new and refreshing type of law firm.
