Aquent is seeking a Marketing Analytics Analyst to support ongoing analytics operations, reporting, and performance tracking for marketing initiatives. The role focuses on data preparation, reporting, and analytical validation to produce actionable insights and ensure data integrity across multiple data sources.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and deliver weekly marketing performance reports, including:Data cleaning and validationData organization and structuringAudit checks for accuracy and completenessSummary insights and key takeawaysBuild and maintain repeatable reporting processes and templatesConduct data comparisons between agency reporting and internal data sourcesIdentify discrepancies and determine root causesProvide documentation and recommendations to improve alignment and reporting accuracyTrack and maintain a centralized log of marketing tests (A/B and multivariate)Analyze test results, including:Performance lift evaluationDirectional statistical insightsBusiness impact assessmentSummarize findings and recommendations for stakeholdersDevelop monthly performance review reports covering:Channel and campaign performanceBusiness outcomes such as leads, conversions, and revenue indicatorsTest learnings and optimization opportunitiesDeliver actionable insights and recommendations to leadershipMaintain and update marketing performance scorecardsMonitor KPIs against targets and historical benchmarksIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvementSupport leadership and marketing teams with quick-turn analytical requestsTranslate business questions into structured analysisDeliver clear, insight-driven recommendationsWeekly reporting packages including validated datasets and performance insightsMonthly performance review reports and presentationsMarketing test tracking logs and analysis summariesKPI scorecards and performance dashboardsAd hoc analytical reports as neededSkillsBachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field2–5 years of experience in Marketing Analytics2–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence2–5 years of experience in Consulting, Finance, or related analytical rolesAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS and advanced formulas, Data cleansing and transformation, Large dataset managementExperience building Automated reporting frameworksExperience building Recurring dashboards and performance scorecardsStrong problem-solving and root cause analysis abilitiesAbility to synthesize complex data into actionable insightsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independentlyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience with SQL and reporting logicFamiliarity with Google AdsFamiliarity with Google AnalyticsFamiliarity with CRM platformsFamiliarity with Call tracking toolsExperience with Attribution modelingExperience with Conversion funnel analysisExperience with A/B testing and measurementExperience supporting multi-location businesses or service-based organizationsBackground in budget planning, forecasting, or financial performance analysisCompany OverviewWe supply Fortune500 clients with the best talent on the market!
