[Remote] Marketing Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dashlane is looking for a data-driven Marketing Business Analyst to support their Growth Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate marketing funnel reporting and ensuring data integrity while collaborating with various teams to improve processes and reporting methodologies.ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain, and distribute recurring reports covering the full marketing funnel: Leads, Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), Sales Accepted Leads (SALs), and pipeline contributionTrack funnel conversion rates, lead velocity, and stage-to-stage progression to identify trends and opportunitiesPartner with Growth Marketing to develop dashboards and reporting cadences that align with campaign cycles and weekly business GTM reviewsConduct regular audits of marketing and sales data in Marketo & Salesforce to identify and resolve discrepancies, duplicate records, missing fields, and attribution errorsInvestigate anomalies in lead volume, conversion rates, or pipeline values and escalate or resolve root causes in collaboration with Revenue Operations and Marketing OpsDefine and enforce data standards for lead statuses, campaign attribution, and funnel stage definitionsAct as a liaison between the Growth Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams to ensure consistent funnel definitions and aligned reportingSupport campaign performance reviews by connecting marketing activity to downstream pipeline and revenue outcomesParticipate in go-to-market planning by providing historical funnel benchmarks and forecastsIdentify gaps in current data capture, reporting processes, or tooling and recommend scalable improvementsDocument reporting methodologies, data definitions, and standard operating proceduresSkills3-5 years of experience in a marketing analyst, business analyst, or marketing operations roleStrong proficiency in Salesforce CRM β including building reports and dashboards, understanding lead/contact/opportunity objects, and diagnosing data issuesSolid understanding of B2B marketing funnels and lead lifecycle stages (Leads, MQL, SQL, SAL, pipeline)Experience with BI or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Omni)Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfort with large datasetsStrong attention to detail with a track record of catching and resolving data discrepanciesExperience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and their Salesforce integrationsFamiliarity with SQL for querying data warehouses or CRM dataRead logic from DBTExposure to multi-touch attribution modelsExperience working within a high-growth SaaS or technology environmentCompany OverviewMondo is a staffing firm that focuses and specializes on niche IT, Tech, and digital marketing.
