In this role, you will analyze social media performance and campaign effectiveness to provide actionable insights that shape strategy and improve outcomes for clients.ResponsibilitiesUse social listening tools such as Brandwatch, Sprout Social, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, or similar platforms to monitor online conversations and audience trendsAnalyze sentiment, audience behavior, content performance, and emerging trends to uncover actionable insightsBuild and maintain clear, visually engaging dashboards for both internal teams and client-facing stakeholdersTranslate data into strategic recommendations that improve targeting, messaging, channel effectiveness, and campaign performancePartner with account managers, content creators, and strategy teams to support data-driven decision-making throughout campaign planning and executionResearch emerging trends in social media, digital marketing, and audience behavior to inform client strategySupport reporting deliverables across channels by understanding data structure, tagging, measurement strategy, and reporting requirementsEnsure reporting accuracy, consistency, and clarity across all analytics deliverablesGather, process, and interpret data from digital and social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and other relevant channelsDevelop regular and ad hoc reports that evaluate campaign performance against KPIsSkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field2–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or agency sectorExperience analyzing performance across social media platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, and other digital channelsProficiency with social media analytics tools, including Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, X/Twitter Analytics, or similar platformsExperience with social listening platforms such as Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, Sprout Social, or comparable toolsAdvanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google SheetsExperience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar platformsStrong ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights in a compelling and accessible wayStrong attention to detail and a commitment to reporting accuracyCollaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environmentFamiliarity with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools is a plusCompany OverviewPrinceton10—Not an agency* *The layer-laden teams.
