[Remote] Marketing Account Director

The role involves managing client relationships, overseeing campaign execution, and driving business growth while collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective marketing strategies.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, maintaining client satisfaction and engagementFoster long-term client relationships by understanding their business goals and aligning agency efforts with their successProvide strategic recommendations and manage expectations to ensure smooth collaborationOversee the end-to-end executions of client campaigns including project timelines/schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring all are executed efficiently and successfullyGuide clients to achieve campaign goals and maximum ROI by providing performance data and suggestions for optimizations or new initiativesKeep agency leadership informed of the status of accounts, problems/solutions, and key meetings, pulling in SMEs as neededMotivate and lead internal teams through clear communication and direction, ensuring that all teams are aligned on both internal and client expectationsOversee, manage and approve account invoicing, ensuring alignment with campaign monthly forecasts in effort to achieve agency financial healthIdentify opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional services or expanded scopeSupport new business pitches and contribute to the agency’s overall growth strategyRepresent the agency at industry conferences and develop relationships with senior leadership at client and prospect organizationsLeverage industry insights and client feedback to propose new marketing initiativesSkills5+ years of experience in account management, marketing, or client services within an agency or marketing organization, preferably within senior living or 55+ real estate industryDeep understanding of marketing strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimizationStrong ability to develop and present strategic recommendations to clientsExperience managing budgets, project timelines, and cross-functional teamsProficiency in marketing analytics, CRM tools, and performance trackingWorkamajig or other robust project management software experience requiredExceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage high-profile clientsHigh level of interpersonal and communication skills with strong team coordination abilityAnalytical mindset, with a data-driven approach to decision-makingAbility to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentProactive and strategic thinker, with a growth-oriented mindsetOrganized with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize workloadA passion for new technology and marketing toolsBenefitsInclusion in profit-sharing bonus programCompany OverviewCreating Results is a full-service strategic marketing, sales consulting and advertising agency that drives demand from mature consumers for lifestyle-oriented products and services, including senior living, 55+ real estate and more.
