[Remote] Market Strategy Specialist (HLS)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Coastal is looking for a Market Strategy Specialist to support their growth in industry-focused markets. This role involves collaborating with Sales and Delivery teams to enhance revenue growth through effective go-to-market strategies and partnership development.
Responsibilities
β’ Partner with Market Leader to develop and execute integrated go-to-market strategies aligned with industry trends, customer needs, and business goals
β’ Facilitate quarterly GTM planning and maintain a cross-functional operating rhythm across Sales, Marketing, BDR, Alliances, and Practices
β’ Lead partnership development efforts including enablement, cross-company coordination and alignment, and industry-specific engagement strategies with Salesforce and Snowflake
β’ Develop industry-specific messaging and value propositions in collaboration with Marketing and Market Leaders
β’ Drive execution across the full GTM lifecycle, including demand generation, sales pursuits, opportunity progression, and alliances growth and coordination
β’ Lead weekly GTM syncs and coordinate enablement, ensuring alignment on sales plays, call scripts, product updates, and target accounts
β’ Coordinate GTM calendar and campaign timelines, supporting content launches, performance tracking, and cross-functional handoffs with Marketing
β’ Enable joint GTM planning with partners (e.g., Salesforce, Snowflake), support enablement, and track partner-influenced pipeline and revenue
β’ Identify risks and recommend remediation strategies, proactively addressing pipeline gaps, underperforming campaigns, and competitive shifts
β’ Support customer growth initiatives, including case study development, upsell planning, and coordination with Practices on delivery excellence
Skills
β’ Proven experience in go-to-market operations, marketing, alliances or sales at a B2B technology or professional services firm
β’ Strong understanding of Salesforce and Snowflake ecosystems
β’ Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce required)
β’ Basic understanding of sales methodologies and customer lifecycle management
β’ Cross-functional Leadership: Ability to influence and coordinate across teams without direct authority
β’ Process Orientation: Strong analytical and process improvement mindset
β’ Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to executive audiences
β’ Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
β’ Problem Solving: Strategic thinking with tactical execution capabilities
β’ Adaptability: Comfortable working in fast-paced, changing environment
β’ A passion for continuous learning and improving team performance
β’ Must have full-time permanent US work authorization
β’ 2+ years of experience in assigned industry verticals (Insurance, Healthcare, Financial Services, etc.)
β’ Understanding of industry-specific challenges, regulations, and business drivers
β’ Existing relationships within industry ecosystem preferred
β’ Previous experience managing technology partnerships or channel relationships
β’ Understanding of co-selling motions and partner program management
β’ Experience with partner deal registration and attribution processes
