[Remote] Market Manager, Los Angeles (contract)

They are seeking a Market Manager to develop strategies for optimizing business and driving revenue growth within a specific territory, leveraging data insights and collaborating with internal teams.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Develop strategies to optimize your book of business and drive revenue growth
ā¢ Execute daily initiatives to optimize a large host portfolio and deliver measurable impact
ā¢ Leverage data insights to identify and act on strategic opportunities for revenue growth, supporting your decisions with data
ā¢ Own and nurture your book of business within your territory, ensuring host engagement and representing Airbnb in external meetings
ā¢ Continuously deepen your knowledge of assigned markets and service categories to inform your strategy and execution
ā¢ Maintain an understanding of software partner integrations, educate clients on product changes, and relay feedback to internal teams
ā¢ Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to enable growth and influence business development
Skills
ā¢ 4ā6+ years of experience in operations, account management, or sales, with demonstrated success in high-growth environments
ā¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient with Google Sheets
ā¢ Excellent execution skills and attention to detail
ā¢ Adaptable under tight deadlines and shifting priorities
ā¢ Effective time management and prioritization in ambiguous environments
ā¢ Excellent communication skills with clients and partners
ā¢ Ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners
ā¢ Willingness to travel as needed
ā¢ Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is preferred
ā¢ Proficient in CRM systems; Salesforce experience is a plus
