[Remote] Market Development Manager - Midwest

The Market Development Manager will capture insights from Key Opinion Leaders to inform brand strategy, collaborate across functions, and identify marketing opportunities for product launches.ResponsibilitiesLead Key Opinion Leader (KOL) insight gathering, distill trends and summarize to inform Corporate and Brand strategiesAttain cutting edge expertise with relevant data readouts, podium and medical congress outputsSpeaker Programs: The MDM will support speaker identification with recommendations for appropriate speakers, product and compliance training, and management of branded and unbranded programs. MDMs will coordinate with Legal/Compliance and Marketing to execute Speaker Programs consistent with marketing plan, Secura Bio policies and applicable lawSupport commercial advisory boards with recommendations for KOLs and handling logistics consistent with Secura Bio policies and applicable lawCollaborate with KAMs, MAR and where appropriate MSLs, to synthesize and share evolving KOL insights, as appropriate as well as identify regional marketing opportunitiesRaise the awareness of Secura Bio, Inc. with key customers and connect customers with appropriate Secura team member or function based on needsContinue to cultivate a culture aligned to a growth mindset and continuous feedbackSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceMinimum 10 years relevant experience with 5 years in oncology2 years account management experience and/or people leadership skillsDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skillsCompany OverviewSecura Bio was established in 2019 with a singular mission: to close the gap between innovative oncology therapies and the patients who need them most.
