They are seeking a fractional Market Access/Health Economics consultant to own and build the company's US reimbursement and health economic strategy ahead of launch.ResponsibilitiesReimbursement Strategy: Develop coding, coverage and payment strategy across inpatient and outpatient sites of serviceHealth Economics: Build the health economic value case (complication and cost-avoidance modelling) to support payer and hospital adoptionLocal Value Story: Shape hospital-level value materials (e.g. value analysis committee resources) alongside the national payer approachPayer Engagement: Define evidence requirements and engagement strategy across commercial payers and CMS/MedicareStrategic Advisory: Report into commercial leadership, translating reimbursement insight into commercialisation strategySkillsHands-on US market access and reimbursement expert with deep command of coding, coverage and payment (CPT/HCPCS, DRG, APC, pass-through)Proven track record building reimbursement pathways for pre-commercial or newly launched medical technologiesStrong health economics background, including value proposition development, budget impact / cost-avoidance modelling, and payer evidence generationAble to operate autonomously in a small, fast-moving company and advise executive leadershipFluent English.
