The role involves assessing aesthetic quality, usability, and geospatial accuracy of digital map designs and location suggestions based on defined project guidelines.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate the aesthetic quality, readability, and overall polish of digital map designsAssess user-focused elements like viewport framing, geospatial accuracy, and content relevanceReview personalized location recommendations to ensure relevance and helpfulnessFollow strict project instructions and complete tasks accurately, including tagging specific issues (e.g., “Icons not properly masked,” “Labels too small”)SkillsProficient in English (US) and based in the United StatesAn existing, actively used Gmail account with prior usage history on Google MapsAbility to critically evaluate visual design and spatial qualityOpt-in consent to allow access to limited activity history for task personalizationFamiliarity with geospatial tools or evaluation interfaces (e.g., Tileworks or side-by-side interfaces) is a plusExperience with iOS devices (iPhone users preferred)Company OverviewWelocalize provides translation supply chain management solutions that deliver market-ready, translated content.
