[Remote] Mapping Operations Agent (Remote)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cognizant is a Large IT Consulting Firm that leverages modern technologies to improve a variety of business operations. They are currently looking to hire additional Mapping Agents to play a critical role in diagnosing technical issues, designing test scenarios, and ensuring quality standards in AV systems. Responsibilities Design and execute test scenarios for AV perception systems (radar, LiDAR, video, sensor fusion) Collaborate with engineers to validate and improve test coverage and quality Perform root cause analysis and tool debugging using internal systems Handle sensitive internal escalations and ensure SLA compliance Conduct deep-dive error analysis and generate actionable insights Apply policies to complex cases with sound judgment and clear communication Support ad-hoc projects requiring detailed technical investigation Maintain high accuracy in interpreting change requests and evaluating results Skills Highschool Diploma 0–2 years of experience in tech or similar environments Strong verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with Google products (Chrome, Docs, Trix) Technologically savvy with quick learning ability Basic debugging skills and ability to use internal tools for semi-technical investigations Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Geography, Management, Mathematics, Science, Computer Science, or Engineering AMCAT cognitive score ≥ 1260 across Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Skills, and Reading Comprehension Experience in computer vision, environmental modeling, or sensor fusion Experience or knowledge of AV lifecycle and sensor technologies Knowledge of automotive systems and communication protocols (LAN/CAN, FlexRay, LIN, Ethernet) Exposure to ARM/Neon, GPU, GP-GPU environments Driving experience and understanding of traffic laws and lane guidelines Experience with automotive simulation software Background in B2B or B2C environments Adaptability to fast-paced, evolving workflows Benefits Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance Paid holidays plus Paid Time Off 401(k) plan and contributions Long-term/Short-term Disability Paid Parental Leave Employee Stock Purchase Plan Company Overview Cognizant is a professional services company that helps clients alter their business, operating, and technology models for the digital era.
