[Remote] Manufacturing & Industrial Engineering - Summer 2026 Intern (US Person Required)

As a Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering Intern, you will gain hands-on experience and contribute to various projects within our teams, focusing on optimizing manufacturing operations and improving process efficiency.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Assist in process improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste
ā¢ Support the implementation of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
ā¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and ensure product quality
ā¢ Gain exposure to various manufacturing technologies and equipment
ā¢ Participate in data analysis and problem-solving activities
ā¢ Contribute to the development and maintenance of manufacturing documentation and standard operating procedures
Skills
ā¢ Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or similar field
ā¢ Must graduate December 2026 or later
ā¢ Must continue enrollment in degree program upon completion of the internship
ā¢ Validated academic excellence (3.0 GPA and higher)
ā¢ Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S
ā¢ Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
ā¢ Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment
ā¢ Industrial design talent
ā¢ Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
ā¢ Eagerness to get involved in hands-on work
ā¢ Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma experience is a plus
ā¢ Ability to easily and effectively balance many priorities and results-oriented demands
ā¢ Good interpersonal skills verbal and written
