Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Crossing Hurdles is seeking an Academic Content Contributor for Design, Engineering & Manufacturing. The role involves submitting original academic materials, collaborating with experts, and ensuring high standards of technical accuracy and clarity in content submissions.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Submit original, advanced academic materials developed during university coursework
ā¢ Provide technically detailed content such as capstone projects, lab reports, simulations, design assignments, or code-based analyses
ā¢ Deliver structured explanations for complex submissions, including design rationale, simulation logic, or code walkthroughs
ā¢ Ensure all submitted materials are fully original and not publicly distributed
ā¢ Collaborate with subject matter experts during content review and revise materials based on feedback
ā¢ Participate in licensing agreements for accepted submissions
ā¢ Maintain high standards of technical accuracy, clarity, and academic rigor
Skills
ā¢ Fresh graduates or alumni in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related disciplines
ā¢ Demonstrated academic excellence in advanced coursework or capstone-level projects
ā¢ Strong analytical thinking and ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly
ā¢ Proficiency in English for documentation and collaboration
ā¢ Experience with technical tools such as CAD software, SPICE, MATLAB, Jupyter Notebook, or equivalent engineering platforms
ā¢ Detail-oriented mindset with commitment to producing polished, high-quality academic content
ā¢ Willingness to license and share original academic work
