The Managing Director, Revenue & Business Development will lead the growth strategy across Verity Solutions and CarepathRx, focusing on partnerships, market expansion, and aligning business development efforts to drive sustainable growth.ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive the integrated Go To Market & growth strategy across Verity Solutions and CarepathRx, and enterprise prioritiesTranslate executive objectives into actionable strategic plans with a 3–5 year horizon, including market positioning, service expansion, and innovation opportunitiesPartner closely with the President and senior leadership team to shape long-term direction, prioritize investments, and enable scalable growthIdentify, evaluate, and execute strategic partnerships to further our products and commercial opportunitiesParticipate in diligence, financial and operational assessments, and executive-level recommendationsDevelop strategies and business plans for new and adjacent markets, including specialty pharmacy, infusion services, 340B solutions, and technology-enabled offeringsAssess emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and client needs to identify new growth opportunitiesDrive alignment across offerings (e.g., Verity, PipelineRx, Dromos, Fusebox) to unlock synergies and expand solution capabilitiesBuild and manage strategic partnerships across healthcare providers, manufacturers, health systems, and technology partnersExpand and strengthen business alliances that enhance the organization’s market position and client value propositionCollaborate cross-functionally to operationalize partnerships and ensure successful executionLead and develop a centralized Growth organization, aligning business development, product, sales, and partnership capabilities to improve pipeline development and go-to-market executionProvide direction and oversight to senior leaders across multiple disciplines, ensuring strong alignment, accountability, and performance outcomesEstablish operating rhythms, governance, and performance metrics to track growth initiatives and outcomesPartner with Pharmacy Services, Client Success, Product, and Operations leaders to align growth strategies with operational capabilities and client needsWork closely with Strategic Planning and enterprise partners to advance high-impact, cross-functional initiativesSkillsBachelor's Degree12+ years of experience in strategy, growth/business development, or related leadership roles in healthcare, pharmacy services, or adjacent industriesProven track record of leading complex strategic initiatives, including partnerships and market expansionStrong business acumen, with the ability to assess financial, operational, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisionsExperience operating in highly matrixed, cross-functional environments with executive-level stakeholder managementDemonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams and build scalable organizational capabilitiesEnterprise mindset with the ability to connect strategy to executionStrong executive presence and influencing capabilityData-driven decision-making and analytical rigorAbility to navigate ambiguity and lead through transformationCollaborative leadership style with a focus on alignment and accountabilityBenefitsAnnual bonusLong term incentive planMedicalVisionDentalWell-being and behavioral health programs401(k)Company paid life insuranceTuition reimbursementA minimum of 18 days of paid time off per yearPaid holidaysCompany OverviewFlexible and connected pharmacy, care and benefit solutions that move organizations and people forward.
