The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the organization's presence across various social media platforms, creating engaging content, and collaborating with the marketing team to implement social media strategies that align with the brand's goals.ResponsibilitiesModel and lead a positive “One Cradles to Crayons” culture, underpinned by Cradles to Crayons’ Cultural Values and related behaviorsManage and execute social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)Develop and manage LinkedIn thought leadership content for the CEO and executive leadersManage paid social media campaigns, including targeted ads, sponsored posts and boosted posts to reach new audiencesCreate original content, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, and video) that aligns with brand voice and objectivesMonitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner to foster community engagementAnalyze social media metrics and performance using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and provide regular reports to optimize strategiesAbility to monitor and analyze social sentiment, identify emerging trends, and convert insights into strategic, actionable recommendationsStay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve performanceCollaborate with marketing, design, and market teams to create content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversionsManage a shared content calendar, coordinating with cross-functional teams to keep content organized, aligned, and on scheduleAssist in the development of social media advertising strategies, including creating ad copy and budgetsIdentify and engage with influencers, partners, and customers to expand brand reach and engagementHelp establish and implement best practices and processes to support project teams/plans/managementSupport increased local, regional, and national engagement, presence, brand awareness, and thought leadership for Cradles to Crayons and End Clothing InsecurityIdentify internal and external communication opportunities and challenges.
