The Manager, Sales Operations is responsible for enabling a high-performing, data-driven sales organization by partnering with Sales leadership and optimizing sales processes to drive profitable growth.ResponsibilitiesEnable consistent execution of sales processes across regions, area, and sales teamsPartner with Sales leadership to implement strategies that drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and customer retentionSupport field teams with tools, reporting, and insights to improve sales effectivenessLead the design, standardization, and continuous improvement of sales processes (e.g., pipeline management, territory planning, quoting, and CRM usage)Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve productivity and reduce administrative burdenEnsure strong adoption of sales tools and processes across the organizationDevelop and manage sales performance reporting, dashboards, and KPIs (e.g., pipeline health, win rates, productivity, customer growth)Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for Sales leadersPartner with Analytics teams to identify growth opportunities, customer trends, and performance gapsSupport annual and ongoing planning processes, including goal setting, territory alignment, commissions, and sales forecastingMonitor performance against targets and provide visibility into risks and opportunitiesDrive accountability through metrics, scorecards, and regular performance reviewsCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Pricing, and Operations to align on priorities and executionAct as a key liaison between corporate strategy and field executionSupport key initiatives such as new product launches, pricing programs, and go-to-market changesSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field5–8+ years of experience in sales operations, analytics, consulting, or related fieldStrong business acumen with deep understanding of sales processes and commercial operationsProven ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive growthExperience working with CRM systems and sales performance toolsTrack record of improving processes and driving adoption across field organizationsStrong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authorityAnalytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage competing prioritiesExperience supporting a distributed/field-based sales organizationAdvanced proficiency in Excel and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)BenefitsCompetitive CompensationMedical, Dental and Vision plansPaid Time Off, Paid Holidays401k with company matchTuition ReimbursementLucrative Associate Referral ProgramCompany Apparel and Work Boot VouchersOpportunity for AdvancementPaid Training and Business Certifications AvailableFree Counseling Services/Employee Assistance ProgramLife Insurance and Short- and Long-Term Disability InsuranceProduct DiscountsMost Branches never work Sundays!Company OverviewSiteOne Landscape Supply is the largest national distributor of landscaping products across the United States and Canada.
