The Manager, Sales Engineering, is responsible for supporting the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of key sales enablement and process initiatives that improve commercial effectiveness. This role serves as a cross-functional partner across various departments to ensure the field has the necessary tools and support to sell effectively.ResponsibilitiesManage the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of internal sales enablement resources, including sales guides, product pages, internal resource hubs, and process documentation that improve field effectiveness and consistencyPartner with Product and other stakeholders to support communication of product, process, and organizational updates, ensuring Sales has timely access to relevant information and resourcesSupport complex and strategic sales opportunities by helping clarify solution positioning, coordinating internal expertise, and facilitating collaboration across teamsServe as a key cross-functional partner connecting Sales with Product, Marketing, Pricing, Operations, Implementation, vendor partners, and other stakeholders to improve alignment and execution across the commercial processAssist in sales process optimization efforts, including identifying workflow inefficiencies, standardization opportunities, intake improvements, and process enhancement initiatives related to the New Business Quoting Process and other critical commercial workflowsFacilitate communication and feedback loops between Sales and internal partners to ensure field insights help inform product positioning, operational planning, process priorities, and rollout executionSupport product launches, process changes, and strategic initiatives by coordinating communications, training materials, stakeholder readiness activities, and implementation effortsCoordinate the sales process for custom programs and unique solution configurations, ensuring business needs are clearly defined and communicated to appropriate stakeholdersMonitor recurring sales questions, friction points, and field trends; summarize findings and partner with stakeholders to implement improvements that enhance sales effectivenessSupport onboarding, ongoing training, and field engagement efforts that improve sales confidence, reinforce solution knowledge, and promote consistent sales experience across teams and regionsManage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, ensuring strong organization, stakeholder communication, accountability, and timely executionSkillsBachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experienceMinimum of 3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, program management, business operations, commercial strategy, product support, or a related functionExperience supporting cross-functional initiatives that improve process effectiveness, commercial execution, or field readinessStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations and practical guidanceDemonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across teams without direct authorityExperience identifying workflow inefficiencies and supporting implementation of scalable process improvementsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and execution qualityAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities and business needsExperience in the health insurance, benefits administration, third-party administration (TPA), stop-loss, or healthcare solutions industryExperience supporting sales enablement initiatives, quoting process improvements, product launches, or cross-functional commercial programsFamiliarity with Salesforce, Showpad, content management systems, project management tools, or similar platforms supporting sales effectivenessExperience working in a matrixed organization requiring collaboration across sales, product, operations, implementation, and client-facing teamsBenefitsMultiple Health plan optionsCompany paid employee premiums for disability and life insuranceParental Leave Policy20 days PTO to start / 10 Paid HolidaysTuition reimbursement401k Company contributionCompany paid Short & Long term Disability plus Life InsuranceProfessional development initiatives / continuous learning opportunitiesOpportunities to participate in and support the company's diversity and inclusion initiativesCompany OverviewImagine360 is an integrated health plan addressing one of the greatest challenges on behalf of self-funded employers: healthcare costs are harming the bottom line, they're increasingly unaffordable for employees, and the experience remains poor.
