The Manager, Sales Enablement and Effectiveness is responsible for building and improving programs, processes, and tools that support the sales organization, focusing on enhancing sales execution and training.ResponsibilitiesIdentify friction points across the sales lifecycle and redesign or optimize processes from lead handoff through deal close and renewalImprove win rates, shorten sales cycles, and increase efficiency, consistency, and forecast accuracyDocument, standardize, and maintain sales processes and best practicesSupport adoption across brand, agency, and political sales teamsDesign and execute a comprehensive sales onboarding program to accelerate time-to-productivityCreate and deliver ongoing training focused on product knowledge, messaging, competitive positioning, and selling skillsPartner with Product Marketing and Sales Leadership to ensure training reflects real-world selling scenariosSupport the effectiveness of the sales technology stack, including Salesforce, Mindtickle, PeopleAI, and related platformsIdentify gaps and implement enhancements across enablement, forecasting, and conversation intelligence toolsPartner with Sales Operations and Business Systems to improve usability, drive adoption, and ensure tools increase productivitySupport technology integrations and optimizations that contribute to revenue growthSupport planning and execution of key sales programs and events, including Sales Kickoff and Quarterly Business ReviewsHelp lead strategic initiatives from concept through implementation, including defining objectives, success metrics, and follow-through plansPartner with Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Business Systems, and Finance to align enablement efforts with business prioritiesGather field feedback and translate it into practical improvements across tools, processes, and trainingLeverage data and analytics to measure sales execution and team performanceTrack and analyze enablement metrics such as onboarding effectiveness, tool adoption, training completion, and process improvementsShare insights with sales leadership to inform decisions and prioritize future initiativesSkills4+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related go-to-market functionDirect experience supporting B2B SaaS sales teams, preferably in a data or analytics environmentStrong understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes, methodologies, and support requirementsProven ability to design and implement scalable processes that improve sales effectiveness and efficiencyDemonstrated experience implementing AI tools in sales environments with measurable resultsProficiency with modern AI tools (LLMs, sales intelligence platforms, etc.), including Claude (Projects, custom instructions, skill building, prompt engineering preferred)Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Mindtickle, Clari, People.ai, and similar systemsBachelor's degree requiredExperience leading technology implementation projects and system integrations preferredMaster's degree preferredBenefitsUncapped growth potentialCompetitive 401(k) matchOpen PTO policy that encourages real time offComprehensive benefits package designed to meet the diverse needs of our employees and their familiesCompany OverviewThe Resonate platform translates deep insights about people's values, preferences, and beliefs into more relevant marketing and advertising.
