[Remote] Manager, Remote Special Project – Studio Design & Development (PH)

This role will be the primary point of contact for all ESPN Super Bowl studio and set-related project management, ensuring alignment between internal leadership, production stakeholders, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesServe as fulltime POC for all ESPN Super Bowl LXI studio/set project management effortsOversee scenic execution, and installation across all assigned SBLXI locationsManage timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination from concept through final deliveryMaintain constant communication with Studio Design leadership to evaluate scenic builds and ensure alignment with ESPN standardsCoordinate site walks, shop visits, bidding processes, and build reviews as requiredAct as on‑the‑ground liaison between internal stakeholders and local fabrication partnersSkillsMinimum 8 years of experience in scenic and production design project managementDemonstrated experience supporting large-scale broadcast or live production buildsLocal resident with reliable access and proximity to all Los Angeles–area locationsStrong working knowledge of ESPN studio set design expectations and standardsProven expertise in timeline development, budget tracking, and vendor evaluationEstablished relationships with local scenic and fabrication vendors preferredAbility to assess scenic builds in real time and communicate clearly with senior SD leadershipHigh school diploma or equivalentBenefitsA bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation packageFull range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offeredCompany OverviewThe Walt Disney Company started as a cartoon studio and evolves into sports coverage and television shows.
