The Manager, Paid Media will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms, managing campaign strategy, budget allocation, and performance to ensure client goals are met.ResponsibilitiesOwn and strategically manage paid media programs across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and retail media to drive profitable, incremental revenue growthDevelop full-funnel paid media strategy and media plans for client businesses — including audience definition, channel mix selection, budget allocation, and forecasting — ensuring recommendations and decisions are consistent with client objectives and performance KPIsFully manage campaign set-up, activation, optimization, and day-to-day client communicationBuild testing frameworks and design/run tests on ad copy, creative, audiences, and landing pages to increase click-through rates, conversion rates, lead quality, and profit marginWrite ad copy, develop audience strategies, and manage bidding/optimization across platformsProvide creative direction as needed, and collaborate on public-facing messaging and positioning with client and internal stakeholders to ensure brand and campaign alignmentAnalyze and report on relevant KPIs on a weekly or monthly basis, translating complex performance data into clear narratives; present successes and opportunities to senior leaders from both Eyeful and clientsUtilize strong analytical skills to identify the data points that matter and drive business decisions that maximize revenue and minimize cost, including refining bidding strategiesDevelop forecasts/projections as needed and troubleshoot changes in performanceKeep current on emerging platforms, ad formats, and digital trends, evaluating where they fit into client media plansSkillsTrack record of high achievement in roles requiring critical thinking, analytical skills, and creativity4+ years prior hands-on management of direct-response / performance-focused paid media across leading platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Amazon and/or retail media networks, programmatic, etc.)Strong media planning skills, including audience definition, channel mix selection, budget allocation, and forecasting across paid search, paid social, and programmaticSignificant experience identifying, building, and testing both B2C and B2B audiences across platformsProven track record developing, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on performance-focused campaigns for B2C and/or B2B brands, with clear examples of driving growth and efficiencyAbility to understand and optimize campaigns to key performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPL, CPC, etc.)Hands-on experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and reporting dashboards; Funnel.io experience preferredStrong quantitative and analytical skills, including comfort with spreadsheets, data visualization, and performance modeling; advanced Excel skillsStrong partnership skills and ability to work across various client industries; cross-team negotiation and superior communication skillsWell organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously; able to work independently while taking direction from senior leadersEnthusiastic about media marketing and willing to keep up with the latest trendsBachelor's DegreeFunnel.io experience preferredExperience with tracking and attribution modeling a plusCompany OverviewEyeful Media is a performance-driven digital marketing agency that specializes in helping mid-sized companies increase their online revenue and improve their digital presence.
