This role involves managing operational processes, ensuring compliance, and providing actionable insights through data analysis to support retail execution and strategic initiatives.ResponsibilitiesOwn daily retail operations processes, including item setup, portal management, compliance documentation, and distributor coordinationManage systems administration to ensure platforms and tools are configured, maintained, and optimized for operational efficiencyOversee PDP management and image syndication to ensure product content is accurate, complete, and consistently distributed across all retailer channelsLead customer onboarding processes, ensuring new retail and distributor partners are set up accurately and efficiently from day oneEnsure speed, accuracy, and consistency across retailer and distributor requirementsIdentify and surface operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements that streamline workflows and scale with growthPartner with Finance to analyze deductions, chargebacks, and trade spend ROIOwn deductions and dispute management, including timely identification, documentation, and resolution of retailer deductions and chargebacksEvaluate promotional calendars and shopper programs with data-backed insightsSurface opportunities to improve trade spend efficiency and promotional effectivenessMaintain accurate pricing and ERP management to ensure alignment across systems, customers, and financial recordsProvide Finance with accurate, timely retail reporting aligned with financial trackingOwn standardized retail reporting frameworks that give the broader organization visibility into performance, deductions, pricing, and GTM executionShare insights with Marketing and Retail Leadership to inform launches, category storytelling, and in-store activationsDeliver standardized reporting frameworks that align the broader organization on retail performance and GTM prioritiesSkills2-4 years in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), ideally in Retail Operations, Retail Systems, Account Management, Retail Insights, or Business DevelopmentExperience in RTD, wellness, or functional categories is a strong plusProficiency in syndicated data tools (SPINS, Nielsen, IRI, retailer POS) is a plusStrong communicator who can distill complex data into simple, actionable outputsOrganized, detail-oriented, and process-driven; thrives in high-growth environmentsSkilled at building reporting systems that provide clarity and increase visibility into performanceCompany OverviewARMRA® is the creator and leader of the colostrum category, and a LinkedIn Top Startup of 2025.
