Evidence In Motion (EIM) is seeking a Manager of Marketing Communications to own the brand voice and communications strategy across various audiences. This role involves ensuring consistent storytelling and messaging while collaborating with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesOwn and evolve EIM’s brand voice, tone, and messaging frameworksEnsure consistent application of brand standards across all communications and channelsTranslate EIM’s mission, vision, and strategic priorities into clear, compelling narrativesServe as the primary steward of EIM’s brand story across internal and external audiencesLead internal communications strategy to support culture, alignment, and organizational changeSupport executive communications including announcements, talking points, and leadership messagingPartner with HR and leadership on internal messaging, engagement, and culture initiativesEnsure communications are timely, clear, and aligned across the organizationLead brand-level external communications including announcements, brand storytelling, and PR contentOversee development of press releases, brand statements, and key messaging materialsSupport thought leadership content for executives and subject-matter expertsEnsure external communications reinforce EIM’s positioning, credibility, and valuesOversee development and execution of brand and communications content across email, social, internal platforms, and external channelsLead editorial planning and communications calendarsReview and approve content to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with brand standardsEnable other marketing teams with messaging frameworks, copy guidance, and brand resourcesLead, mentor, and develop marketing communications team membersManage workflows, priorities, and quality standards across communications deliverablesCollaborate with Events, Channel, Creative, and Product Marketing teams to ensure alignmentServe as a trusted communications partner to stakeholders across the organizationMonitor engagement and effectiveness across communications channelsUse insights to refine messaging, formats, and channel approachesDocument best practices and continuously improve communications processes and governanceSkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field, or equivalent experience6+ years of experience in marketing communications, brand, or content leadership rolesStrong writing and editing expertise across internal and external communicationsExperience leading brand messaging and communications governanceStrong project management and organizational skillsCompany OverviewEvidence In Motion (EIM) is a health care learning solutions company dedicated to reimagining education that transforms every community.
