[Remote] Manager of FP&A - IT Finance

The Manager of FP&A - IT Finance will act as the primary financial partner to the CIO and IT leadership, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting within the IT function.ResponsibilitiesServe as the strategic finance partner to the CIO and IT leadership, providing forward-looking insights and decision supportLead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of financial models for IT headcount, technology investments, project spend, vendor contracts, and ongoing run-rate costsOwn financial management of offshore/nearshore IT resources, including forecasting, FTE vs. contractor economics, utilization and rate analysis, SOW and invoice governance, and currency/rate-card management to drive cost efficiency and value creationDrive the annual operating plan, long-range plan, and rolling forecast processes for all IT-related expendituresMonitor actuals against budget and forecast; identify variances, trends, risks, and opportunities with clear root-cause explanationsProvide executive-ready reporting and presentations for the CFO, CIO, and leadership teamEvaluate IT vendor contracts, managed service agreements, and capital projects to optimize spend and support value-creation prioritiesPartner cross-functionally with Accounting, HR, Sourcing, Operations, and Project Management to ensure accuracy and alignment of technology-related financialsDevelop dashboards and KPIs to track IT performance, efficiency, and cost structureUphold financial policy compliance, improve processes, and strengthen internal controls related to IT spendPerform other related duties as needed to support finance and technology leadershipSkillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA a plusMinimum 7 years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience, ideally within Healthcare Services, multi-site operations, or a private equity–backed environmentDemonstrated experience supporting IT or Technology functions, including forecasting of headcount, projects, and vendor spendProven ability to develop complex financial models and analytical tools in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, scenario modeling, data visualization)Experience preparing executive-level materials for CFO, CIO, CEO, and private equity partnersExceptional analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skillsStrong business acumen with the ability to translate financial insights into clear, actionable recommendationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence leaders across Finance, IT, and OperationsComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting prioritiesHigh attention to detail while maintaining strategic perspectiveProficiency with financial systems, ERP platforms, and advanced Excel capabilitiesAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlinesCompany OverviewCareMetx, LLC is a leading technology-enabled patient services partner, providing high-touch support to accelerate patient initiation and adherence for specialty therapies.
