[Remote] Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager is responsible for leading financial planning, forecasting, and analytical activities that support strategic decision-making across the organization, partnering closely with sales channel leaders to provide insights into financial performance and operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesLead the annual budgeting process and periodic reforecasting cyclesDevelop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and long-range financial forecastsAnalyze financial trends, revenue drivers, and expense patterns to support strategic decision-makingBuild scalable financial models to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and growth opportunitiesSupport forecasting and analysis related to direct-to-consumer sales channels, subscription models, ecommerce performance, and customer retention metricsSupport cash flow forecasting and working capital analysisPrepare monthly management reporting packages with variance analysis and KPI trackingProvide insights into business performance, profitability, cash flow, and operational efficiencyAnalyze customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), return on ad spend (ROAS), gross margin trends, and inventory performanceIdentify risks and opportunities impacting financial performanceConduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysisPartner with department leaders to develop budgets, monitor spending, and improve financial accountabilitySupport pricing analysis, margin optimization, and cost management initiativesAssist operational teams in evaluating ROI on projects and initiativesPartner with Operations (Technology, Warehouse, Marketing) to monitor performanceSkillsBachelor's degree in accounting or finance5+ Years of progressive growth in financial planning and analysis fieldPrior experience supporting direct-to-consumer (DTC), ecommerce, or consumer products businessesStrong understanding of ecommerce financial metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, and inventory managementExperience with ERP systems and financial planning softwareProficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar softwareExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in face paced environmentExperience with BI Tools (Power BI, Power Query, Tableau, etc)Experience in consumer products, supplements, health & wellness, or ecommerce industries preferredPrior experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, reporting, and cash flow management preferredExperience leveraging AI-powered FP&A and finance automation tools for forecasting, reporting, financial modeling, and business analytics preferredExperience supporting multi-location wholesale or retail operations preferred, including financial oversight for distributed store locations and centralized Accounts Payable functions managed through a parent or shared services entityCompany OverviewLifeSeasons is a manufacturing company of health supplement products using clinically-tested nutrients.
