They are seeking an Integrated Media Manager to strategize, execute, optimize, and report on paid advertising campaigns for various clients across multiple industries.ResponsibilitiesOversee and execute campaigns across various media platforms including Meta, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Google Ads, Bing Ads, DSPs (StackAdapt), Retail Media Networks, etcMeet with partners, prepare plans for media, organize budgets, and negotiate the costs of advertising with vendors when applicableFollow current market trends and understand our clientsâ target consumer patternsBe an advocate for new systems and tools to continuously expand our advertising capabilitiesWorks collaboratively as an enthusiastic advocate for our clientsâ paid media campaigns and budgetsWork with creative teams in directing content creation to ensure accurate specs and trackingSet up new ads within various social / digital platformsExecute digital marketing tactics including bid management, campaign performance tracking, and reportingConduct regular data analysis, monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunitiesClosely monitor budget pacing across all campaigns and platforms to ensure accurate budget spend as defined in the media planCompile results and regularly report on campaign performance based on established KPIs and benchmarksPresent reports to internal media team to communicate performance trendsAssist with attribution tracking setup and other technical solutions for clientsParticipate in quality control by ensuring campaigns are set up correctly with the appropriate ad specs, tracking pixels in place, accurate budgets, targeting parameters, etcAudit advertising efforts of clientsâ competitorsIdentify new digital advertising opportunitiesSkills3+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaignsExpert knowledge of major digital advertising platforms and respective toolsExperience collaborating with traditional media vendorsStrong analytical abilities and data-driven optimization approachWorking knowledge of Google Data Studio, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, etcFamiliarity with placements and pixels for on-site tracking implementations to ensure proper trackingAbility to analyze campaign data to drive marketing strategies and actionable insights from dataExcellent communication skillsProficiency in managing multiple projects to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment among cross-functional teams, and able to discuss priorities with management on an ongoing basisSelf-motivated problem solver with an innate sense of curiosity and desire to proactively develop their media knowledgeA commitment to high standards, excellence, teamwork, and our clientsQuick learner with a think-on-your-feet attitudeBachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
