The Integrated Marketing Manager will lead and oversee integrated marketing campaigns, build and mentor a high-performing team, and leverage AI-driven marketing practices to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesBuild, lead, and mentor a high-performing integrated marketing team while remaining hands-on in driving strategic marketing initiatives across lifecycle marketing, funnels, webinars, customer journeys, and growth programs. Serve as a key strategic marketing leader, leveraging strong direct response marketing experience to help scale HighLevel’s trial growth and customer acquisition effortsAlign campaign messaging, offers, creative assets, and customer journeys across channelsLead or co-lead, in partnership with the Sr. Director for go-to-market initiatives, launches, promotions, and recurring campaign programsPartner cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on timeImprove customer journeys from lead generation through conversion and retentionEnsure campaigns inside HighLevel are organized, scalable, and operationally effectiveLeverage AI tools and AI-driven marketing practices to improve personalization, campaign efficiency, customer targeting, reporting insights, and operational scalabilityIdentify opportunities where AI can improve marketing workflows, customer engagement, and campaign performanceBuild, manage, and optimize workflows, automations, funnels, pipelines, forms, and nurture systems in HighLevelSupport CRM management, segmentation, campaign setup, and customer communication flowsPartner with technical marketing and operations teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processesHelp maintain campaign quality, tracking accuracy, and reporting visibilityIdentify opportunities to improve automation, operational efficiency, and customer experienceSupport adoption of operational best practices and scalable systemsExplore and implement AI-assisted marketing tools and workflows where appropriate to improve execution quality and efficiencyTrack campaign performance across engagement, conversion, retention, and funnel metricsAnalyze customer behavior and performance data to identify optimization opportunitiesSupport A/B testing and experimentation across messaging, offers, workflows, and customer experiencesPartner with growth and creative teams to improve campaign effectivenessUse data, automation, and AI-driven insights to inform marketing decisionsContribute ideas that improve customer engagement, campaign performance, and operational executionManage, coach, mentor, and support team members across campaign execution and marketing operationsProvide clear direction, accountability, prioritization, and performance expectationsHelp team members develop their marketing, operational, and strategic capabilitiesCreate a culture of ownership, collaboration, continuous learning, and strong executionSupport workload management, resource planning, and execution prioritization across initiativesConduct regular check-ins, provide feedback, and support employee growth and developmentFoster a team culture that embraces innovation, experimentation, adaptability, and AI-driven marketing evolutionCoordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives remain aligned and on scheduleImprove communication and workflow coordination across teamsSupport campaign planning, project management, and execution trackingEnsure customer-facing experiences remain consistent across channels and touchpointsContribute to process improvements that help teams execute more efficientlySkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)Overall 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in integrated marketing, lifecycle marketing, campaign management, marketing operations, or related areas2+ years of people management experience with responsibility for leading, coaching, or mentoring marketing team membersStrong hands-on experience working within the HighLevel ecosystemExperience building and managing funnels, automations, CRM workflows, nurture campaigns, AI-assisted marketing programs, and customer journeys in HighLevelStrong understanding of AI tools and how AI can be leveraged within modern marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, personalization, analytics, and campaign optimizationExperience managing integrated marketing campaigns across email, SMS, paid media, webinars, and funnel-based marketingFamiliarity with marketing analytics, campaign reporting, conversion optimization, and AI-driven performance insightsStrong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and team deliverables in fast-paced environmentsExperience working in agency, SaaS, coaching, or high-growth business environmentsFamiliarity with direct response or performance marketing conceptsExperience supporting launches, webinars, promotions, or recurring campaign programsExposure to marketing operations, attribution, or customer lifecycle strategyExperience collaborating with creative and technical marketing teamsExposure to AI-enabled marketing tools, automation platforms, content generation tools, or AI-assisted customer engagement strategiesCompany OverviewHighLevel is a marketing and advertising platform that captures message leads via voicemail, SMS, emails, FB messenger, and more.
