[Remote] Manager Industrial Engineering

The Manager of Industrial Engineering will lead a team to develop and implement an effective industrial engineering program, focusing on productivity analysis, budget setting, and process improvement to achieve organizational goals.ResponsibilitiesCollaborates with leadership to develop, implement, and maintain the network management engineering program focusing on the department's core services of productivity reporting and analysis, budget labor setting, position control, and ongoing variance analysis and reporting. Completes a robust review of the accuracy of the key deliverables produced by the department for accuracy and usabilityManages and deploys a group of management engineers on the various elements of the department's core services. Provides direct feedback and coaches on areas of development for those individuals who have less experience in management engineering or the healthcare industryDevelops and maintains relationships with network key stakeholders to understand and provide support as needed the key areas related to management engineeringProvides complex analytical leadership and support to senior management/key project stakeholders to enable them with various analyses in order to make informed decisionsCompletes assessments in an efficient manner to understand the current state process, obtain and evaluate relevant data, identify opportunities, eliminate waste, and chart a resolute course of actionEnsures the deployment, utilization, and optimization of the key labor/productivity system. Develop and oversee the development of informational and training materials for various network stakeholders and leadersOther Duties as assignedSkillsMaster's Degree Industrial and Systems Engineering, Operations Research, Information & Computer Science, Operations Management or Business Administration5 years Professional or related experience in improving operations and conducting analytical reviews and sharing recommendations3 years Direct supervisory experienceProficient in project management principles with strong presentation and communication skillsExpert ability to use continuous improvement tools, including but not limited to process mapping, process observation, root cause analysis (FMEA), value stream mapping, pareto and statistical charts, 5 Whys, etcExpert proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, Visio).
